“Mémé”, reconstructed

There is currently a wonderful exhibition at Tate Britain, London entitled “Picasso and Modern British Art”.  You ought to see it.  The exhibition shows many unknown paintings by  Picasso and also the work of British painters who were inspired by his work.  As probably each and every exhibitions at Tate Britian, this is a truly beautiful one.

This drawing was inspired by Picasso’s portrait of Emilie Marguerite Walter of 1939.  Look it up on the internet…
